Raw Macadamia Fudge



  • 1/2 cup Raw macadamia nut butter (or 1 Cup raw macadamias)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt

Step 1

Process all ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth and creamy.

Step 2

Transfer the nut batter to a tray lined with parchment paper and smooth with a spatula.

Step 3

Place in the freezer for 30-45 minutes or until firm.

Step 4

Remove from freezer and cut into bite-sized squares and serve immediately as they will melt quickly at room temperature.
