Macadamia Crusted Fish
Ingredients
- Macadamia Herb or Karengo Crumb Mix 75g
 - 
2 x eggs
 - 
4 fillets of your favourite fish
 - 
Splash of Macadamia Oil
 - 
Salt and Pepper to taste
 
Step 1
Place Torere Macadamia Herb or Karengo Crumb Mix in a shallow dish.
Step 2
Lightly whisk eggs and water together, then pour into a separate shallow dish.
Step 3
Dip fish into the egg liquid then into the dish with the crumb mixture until coated.
Step 4
Heat oil (and unsalted butter for a special touch) in a frying pan and cook fish in batches until golden on each side.
Step 5
Add salt and pepper to taste
