global macadamia shortage & 2016 highlights

Macadamia nut demand continuously outstrips supply with excellent prices enjoyed by the very few NZ growers producing quality macadamia kernel. The gap between what NZ produces and imports continues to increase, providing great opportunities for new macadamia growers now and well into the future.

Macadamia Tree – TMac.1

[widgets_on_pages id="1"]TMac 1 is an open spreading tree with bright pink blossoms and looks very much like a NZ native with it’s dark evergreen foliage. It is easy to maintain and will provide good crops every year if mulched in summer with general fertiliser applied every Spring and Autumn.

The TMac 1 variety partners well with TMac 16, TMac 217, H741, H816 and H849.

Due to overwhelming demand this product cannot be shipped until Spring 2024.
